Approach Methodology
The approach proposed is largely inspired by the SADT (Structured Anlaysis and Design Technique) methodology based on a tree diagram of tasks :
the batches correspond to different objectives which are clearly defined in the project
the subjects, which structure each of these batches (treatment, reporting management)
the elementary tasks that constitute each subject
Deployment Strategy
The deployment strategy adopted depends on the functional parameters chosen, and the resources used on the project
Among the three axes of possible deployments ;
the vertical deployment (by type of market)
the horizontal deployment (by transverse functions : accounting, interfaces...).
The vertical and horizontal deployment, which fusions the best of both approaches.
Arpson proposes the latter approach as its advancement progresses rapidly ; the users being involved very early on in the project.
Advancement
A implementation file, written by the project leader consultant, allows, at any moment, to show the progress of the project.
Also, the piloting committees and projects points are opportunities to follow the advancement of the current project. They consist of uniform meetings destined to take stock of the objectives and to plan the following steps of the project.
