Organisation

The Arpson consultants come from reputable business schools, engineering colleges, and universities. They possess a double expertise ; functional and product orientated, and are organized in the following manner :

  Consulting department : this department is constituted of consultants (juniors and seniors), under the direction of project leaders. Their mission consists in accompanying the implementation of the solution : changeover, training, configuration, and assistance.

  Support department : this departments main mission is to take the relay of information from the consultants, once it has been implemented. This involves maintaining the hot-line, ensure quality training, present the products evolutions, consolidate a bank of configured files, enrich the documentation, organize client meetings to analyze their specific needs and retrain Arpson consultants.

  R&D department : the R&D staffs main goal is the conception and development of Arpson Office. Other activities include the ongoing maintenance of its tools (knowledge base, web site, etc.) and future projects.

  Commercial department : a team of experienced sales staff market the software on a national and international scale.

Partnerships

Arpson regularly works in partnership with consulting offices, the latter being able to bring a complement of resources for the placement of the Arpson Office solution in the marketplace.
