Arpson consulting assists the client for the platform implementation, following a proven methodology. Compound of managers, project managers and consultants with a twofold expertise in finance and IT, this service covers :

  • Support project: Our teams are involved in the analysis of needs, change management, training, steering, etc.
  • Integration services: Our teams work on implementing the system, which means data recovery, software and technical settings, etc.
  • Post migration services: Our teams work on the system complementary implementation, which means scope extension, maintenance, setup, etc.

Project management, studies and development

The project manager is involved in piloting the project, working closely with your decision-making. He makes an implementation file with the primary objective to visualize and quickly justify the project progress. As such, regular meetings are made with the consultants to ensure the smooth running of the project and avoid problem with the schedule.

Depending on your business priorities, the project manager can provide additional resources to parallelize some batches or certain tasks. They are mostly integrated into the project team to be in contact with project management, with a view to optimal reactivity and intervene to:

  • Initial implementation, which means the support for the solution integration in the target information system
  • Additional implementation, corresponding to scope extension

User training and start-up assistance

Regardless of the intuitivity of our solutions, training and start-up assistance are always available in any deployment project.

Training can be intra-or extra-corporate businesses, specifically targeting novice users, advanced users or IT professionals, administrators, etc.. In addition, upgrade training sessions during new versions implementation are available on request.

Initial training (ergonomics, input, key features, etc..) can be regularly supplemented by a continuing education program.

User training time per person and per module is a day on average. During training, more support is provided:

  • Documentation,
  • Practical cases to do, made according to the module and the user profile.

Assistance services to the platform operation, database administration, facilities management and SaaS are offered according to customer requirements.

  • Each topic is divided into basic tasks

A section

A section can be defined in three different ways:

  • Compared to a instrumental scopel
  • Over a defined functional coverage
  • Regarding a time axis: a launch date, a provisional test date, a final test date

A topic

A topic is is a cross term, such as:

Basic tasks

A topic is divided into basic tasks, clearly identifiable. Each task is like a goal we can easily understand. Each basic task can then be divided into four steps:

  • Analysis: definition of expected, analysis of detailed specifications, preparation of a test set, documentation initiation
  • Implementation: configuration, unit testing based on the test set, documentation enrichment
  • Provisional test: scale tests on the test environment, documentation enrichment, various justifications, archievements presentation, training, etc.
  • Final test: functionality implementation in the production environment and user training
