With the mission to provide assistance for the platform customers, this service includes:

  • Hotline: customer support is available by telephone, fax, or email. It allows us to answer your questions on captures, extra information, resolving unexpected events.
  • Off Site Acces: the Off-site access service allows via reception of e-mail, customer requests , of a configuration nature, and facilitates a meaningful exchange between the users and the help desk.
  • Developing e-learning tools: these tools are provided as tutorials or other learning materials.

Maintenance

Arpson N3 maintenance includes :

  • Delivery of new releases along with release notes,
  • Assistance and technical developments – equipment and systems,
  • Errors and anomalies correction by delivering new releases,
  • Adapting to evolutions, regulations or market practices. It also covers the operating systems or databases version changes.
