Arpson accompanies its software Arpson Office with the following services :

  Consulting : one or several application consultants accompany the site user in a preparatory phase (installation, parametarisation and the training of users) ;

  Project management : the deployment strategy adopted depends on the functional parameters chosen, and the resources used on the project. An implementation file allows, at any moment, to show the progress of the project ;

  Support and documentation : customer support is available by telephone, fax, or email, the response and intervention time are very brief, the software is accompanied of four elements of documentation.
